Decent hotel in a great position. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable enough, and parking was available (at a charge). We had a two bedroom unit for two adults and two teens - it was good enough for a short two night stay, but the kitchenette was very basic. My main gripe for a room that holds four people is that there were only three chairs!

Strategically located. Room (premier king room) was quite spacious for 2 adult 1 child. Love the kitchen which was equipped with basic utensils. Downside was the elevator (only 2 available) but glad that my room was on second floor so I could use stairs and also the housekeeping. Requested several times but they prioritized guests that were about to check out. On weekend there were drunk people (lol) but not too disturbing for me.

Great location and reception staff very friendly. However room provisions very stingy: 2 teabags provided over 4 days, 3 old pillows for a king size bed (however, bed was very comfortable), had to request a shower mat, no dish cloth for wiping bench. Just a few tweaks could improve the quality of the room.

The hotel I had been staying in became very full, so I took advantage of a ridiculously low price and stayed here. For what I paid, I was astonished at the quality of the room. I had a separate bedroom, a galley kitchen leading off from the entrance and into a living area with armchairs and tv.The kitchen looked barely used, had a proper fridge and a small amount of cooking equipment (I didn't use it so didn't pay a lot of attention. The whole space seemed quite fresh, was decorated in neutral tones, and was clean. The one thing not new was the item of furniture in the living area, which showed signs of use.

The rooms were alright. The biggest plus for this hotel is the location on upper Queen Street. The staff were alright, especially the male receptionist who was always friendly and eager to help. The rooms themselves have a kitchenette and an AC. Warning the AC turns on automatically even though it’s turned off. There is also the availability of washing machines, but these are old and rusty. Therefore, I recommend visiting a nearby washing salon.

Cleaning online states the double clean, use fog machine. So was expecting a clean room. There was a baby bottle with milk still in it by the couch, which our child could have just found and started drinking from. There were stains on the bedding, the bathroom floors were dirty. The room was also freezing when we arrived. Which wasn’t pleasant on a raining day.The rooms themselves are nice enough for the price.

The hotel is a bit tired, limited atmosphere and the service is not great. It took two days to get shower gel replaced and the was a slight “dirty drain aroma”. A little effort they could turn it around

Terrible service, attention to the clients, and poor price-quality relation. The breakfast (included in the price) is really bad. they do not even have a decent coffee machine. They do not even offer filtered coffee but instant coffee in individual bags. (How come?)The cleanliness of the room is poor. Two nights before checking out, a big cockroach installed in the room and it wad really disgusting. The attention to the client is really bad and need a big change.

My room smells bad. Stinking it out with cleaning fluid isnt gunna fix it. The issue I have is the aircon. You cant open the windows so are fully dependent upon it. Yet its about 3 degrees too cold & there has been no air circulation most of the time. I had to ask reception 2x to get the aircon fan working. But it keeps lowering the temp and turning the fan off. Also the furniture is not clean there is food or something similar on the chair. Apart from this the room is good enough. I can cook in my room which is great & the bathroom is very clean. I had such a comfortable nights sleep. But the room is so stuffy I have been having head rushes. Unfortunately I must give 3 star because of the aircon.
