Too much focus on diversity and social agenda rather than providing appropriate representation for the members who pay for this organisation. While diversity and inclusion is a laudable goal it does nothing for me as a current member; I would rather my fees go to representing me, not trying to shape the future to their vision.That aside I genuinely don’t know what I get for the money... as far as I’m concerned it’s an overpriced magazine subscription (for a very average magazine).
