Annoyed actually at this company. I was told their shop would be open for me to pick up my new lawnmower. It also states on their website OPEN on Tuesday But observe Boxing day.The chap that I bought the lawnmower off was very helpful and pleasant.. However the website should be changed accordingly as not to to give misleading opening hours to customers.

I am actually really annoyed at them as I dropped my weed eater off to them well before christmas and they said it would be done before christmas, well it wasn't and then I went back in the new year and still wasn't done had no phone calls so went in and saw them again and said they would get onto it the next morning so I then went back in 2 days later AND STILL ISNT DONE we are moving so I had to take it home after they have had it for nearly 6 weeks mabe longer !!!!not happy.

Excellent service and advice I was served by RT and he was only to happy to help. Also the prices are fairly reasonable, I would highly recommend shopping here.

These people were great.Managed to squeeze us in at short notice and did a great job.Both Chris and Reece were a pleasure to deal with and I definitely reccomend Farrand and Mason without hesitation.
