Cut-It Kitchens & Joinery

We have used Cut-It for two building projects (2x family homes over 5 years) and would highly recommend them. The designs are stunning and the quality of materials and products are excellent. Installation went without a hitch and the projects are delivered on time, in budget and any issues sorted quickly. They have a very talented team and whenever we receive positive comments about our kitchen, scullery, laundry and study, we're always proud to say that it's a Cut-It design.

I worked together with John, Ains and the old man for several months in 2016.Due to an already booked flight home I sadly had to leave this place but hope to be back some time soon!Check their work if you're looking for a reliable, professional and skilled joinery! Ainslie and John designed, built and installed my kitchen and laundry. They were fantastic the whole way. I had given Ainslie my budget and she was very good at only showing me products within my range. I am very happy with the finished product and look forward to using Cut-It again. They are very professional and listen to clients needs.

The owner Ainslie is very rude and unhelpful. In fact she hung up on me!! When I asked to order a sink for my laundry, which would obviously match my other sink I purchased from them, and continue the black theme, they delivered a stainless steel one. When I questioned it she said I signed off on it, which incidentally was written down as DV102 top mounted, no colour on the quote. It was not mentioned to me the sink was chrome, as the quote was emailed. The consultant was aware I wanted no chrome in my house and I went to great lengths to ensure all the fittings were black. Instead of trying to find a resolution Ainslie continuously blamed me for signing the quote. A terrible way to conduct business. As a business owner myself, I would try absolutely everything to ensure my customer was happy and never play the blame game. There was absolutely no accountability or compassion from the owner. If there was, the outcome would have been a whole lot better! Very disgusted in the way I was spoken to.
