From the initial discussion and quotation from Mike Snare to the job completion was done in a timely, clean and professional manner. Alex, Leon and Gerrard did a splendid install in quite trying very hot conditions. The Mitsubishi SLZ M60 FA cassette to be highly recommended.

Out standing service from the on-site viewing, measuring and recommendation through to the prompt quoting and questions answered promptly through to a super fast turn around from quote acceptance to the installation.every part of the team and process was flawless......also like to say we are still awaiting a site visit and quotes from their competitors, but because of technicool's professional service and response time and also recommendations from friends and workplace we were happy to go ahead without any hesitation.so thanks so much for the best outcome possible!!excellent work!A+++ and 5-stars as above.CheersDean and Vicki
