I won't recommend this company. We asked the repairer to provide us the name of faulty part ( after we paid for the visit), the question has been accused as distrust. Janet ( the owner) was very upset about our attitude. I had to explain to her that we didn't have any ill motive. We were just looking for information. From a customer's point of view, I would have thought that is perfectly reasonable to ask information that we didn't understand? If customer don't understand, you should try to educate us? What's the point for the visit if you can't explain fully to your customers about your opinion?Anyway, I will never use this company again.

So far so good! Brilliant and fast in getting hold of us. The repair man was super friendly and would do his best to get us sorted. Came within 3 days of us putting in the fault. Said he'd arrive between 11 and 2. Was at our door at 11 prompt! Got the part sourced and will be back on Tuesday. Fast and friendly service!Update, all fixed! No hassles. He was prompt on the spot again. Awesome service!

Can't speak highly enough about Wingrove. Due to a cancellation he called the day following my telephone call. I thought we would need a new oven. However, he took our wall oven apart, discovered it was a broken element and replaced with a new one. All done in about an hour. Very friendly and efficient service and not nearly as expensive as we thought it would be. Highly recommend this firm. (Just have bandaids available as there are a lot of sharp corners on those appliances).

Our dishwasher door wouldn't close, called and they fitted us in the next day, brilliant service! They managed to get the door closed without needing a new part which was great. Came back and did another adjustment and plugged in the laptop for diagnostics and testing a week later, dishwasher working great again. Arrived within the times given both visits. Thanks team!

I didn't know these guys but made my time take a phone call from these guys through a Noel Leeming's warranty claim (it appears these guys are contractors for NL).My first impression of these guys is the woman who called me show nothing but complete disrespect to customers through her attitude.Will never use them, as I don't trust they will assess warranty situations fairly. And their attitudes damage Noel Leeming's reputation as well.

I needed my AEG front loader rubber seal refitted so I called around and Wingrove Appliance was more than happy to help out. The husband and wife duo was so helpful throughout the whole process and very professional. They even gave good insightful tips on how to prolong the life of your washer. Steven came around home to do the job and was finished in quick time. I'm happy with the service and I highly recommend it to all.ThanksJason

I've used Wingrove a couple of times for both repairs and for parts. The service has been excellent and they were proactive with emailing photos etc so that the repairman could order the right bits and do the job in one trip. Highly recommended.
