Bad customer service. Fahzmeen wasn't any help. Went in to open acc but was told she was only updating my info and I had to call customer service to actually open it? That's the first I've heard of but then kept asking for my phone number when I literally just told her it was like she was forgetting things. Then she proceeds to just do stuff on her computer but at the end of it I wasn't given an access number or a pin. I didn't know I had to get it off her until I called customer service. now i have to go back in again. This could have been avoided if it was done all in 1 go but no. Wasting peoples time when we have work etc.

Slow as! Only go if you have all day to wait in line just to have 2 tellers on. Not sure how you expect people to wait in hot sun/rain for its ridiculous, especially for our elderly.

Rude staff. Poor service. Extremely lengthy wait times. Waited over 20 minutes only to be told ANZ no longer exchanges money. What's the point of a bank if they don't offer money exchange.

Yesterday I used out side ATM for deposit money unfortunately the ATM is not working so my money is come out but not all $20 still inside ATM and I just go inside to ask for help there. we can’t it’s like a very short answer and I’m just getting late for my work so I just left it. But I don’t like it because my job time is 9am to 5pm and back time 9:30 to 4:30 now what time I will go

Unfortunately the staff here all have attitude. Shandya was unempathetic and had disgusting customer service. I overheard her talking down to a Samoan couple before me. When I asked her a question about lending, she said ‘that’s not my job’. She handed me a business card to call 0800 line and the call centre said to visit the branch. Horrible service! No value in their customers at all. It doesn’t cost you a thing to be kind to others. Do better!

Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE" ? I need to open a NEW accountbecause my Parents Solicitor asked me to. I need to speak to a real live person.I have all the Solicitors Paperwork - WHEN WILL YOU BE OFF YOUR 24 HR COFFEE BREAK ?Would even give a ONE STAR but it won't let me post this.."
