I'm a difficult giver of blood...they are so nice...warm my hand to get the veins raised and usually one stick with a butterfly....these ladies are very nice and good to me

The local napier team are great at taking blood but on recent occasions my specialist and I have had trouble getting my results and have had to cancel and reschedule very expensive specialist appointments.

I have just been to make an appointment to save everyone time and the person behind the desk was the rudest person I’ve met in a long while.Spent probably 40or 50 minutes on the phone today and they wouldn’t answer,hence driving up there to see them.If this is a private company best you talk to staff and if it’s a government dept,????

I was next in the line but rather then serving me they choose to take the next person who comes after me bit frustrated with the behaviour of the staff
