The burger was missing half of the ingredients. It was just meat and cheese in a bun. No tomato or onion or lettuce. It looks very sad and isn't what was ordered. It was a custom burger but still should have had the ingredients that were missing.It's been a few weeks and we are missing some of our sides for our order.A few more months later and our orders are still usually wrong. But they usually do a refund in 10 days. Such a poorly run store.Roster burgers has moved in nearby so I highly recommend them

Ordered the Chick*N Little burger, Good Joe coffee milkshake and fries. The burger was really tasty, maybe too small a portion size for some. The Good Joe coffee milkshake was also really good. The spud fries were a letdown being undercooked. This seems to be my consistent experience with New Lynn Burger Fuel. Will probably just forego fries in the future.

We always order online and they ALWAYS forget it. Tonight we ordered for pick up at 6:30pm and we are currently still waiting in the store at 7pm…This happens every time too. There must be an issue with their online ordering system.The people who ordered in the store got their orders before us when we had ordered online like more than 30 minutes before them.I thought ordering online was supposed to save us time?They also never bother to answer the phone either. We have tried to make phone orders instead because this constantly happens with our online orders.This is such a shame as we love burgerfuel and it has been our go-to for years. It’s just a bummer that our local store has such terrible service for online orders.Unfortunately we will not be ordering from burgerfuel again, and unless you want to wait 60 minutes + (even when they tell you every time that it will be a 5-10 minute wait)Really disappointed, again.

I do love burger fuel and every chain that I go to seems to have amazing serviceUnfortunately today I got completely ignored. I was the only one in the store and it took a good 10 mins before I had someone even acknowledge me even though there was two people at the till. A simple I’ll be with you in a minute goes a long way as opposed to just ignoring.

Classic burgerfuel joint, great staff and service. We eat from here often as we live nearby. I usually get the modified thunderbird a great spicy chicken burger and staff are always happy to customise for me and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Great vege/vegan options too.I also love that burgerfuel uses local ingredients and supports nz environmental initiatives.

I’ve been here about 10 times and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been cool and the food always fresh and delicious. Couple times the chips weren’t as crispy as I usually like them but you seriously can’t go wrong.My go to is the Bacon Backfire and Kumara fries. So good!

No one at counter or coming to take my order while i waited for 5mins or more .Could hear multiple staff talking in back room .Ingredients left all over uncovered and room temp including patties .Will make the longer trip to Mt roskill as never been dissapointed by there branch .
