I had quite a bad experience with the manger/boss. ( he was quite a big/large man). He was quite rude to me as I wanted this particular brand of headphones. I asked him what was the best ones to buy. He looked at me though I was dumb and said depending on what you want to got for, He didn't answer my question properly. I didn't realize that there where different types of names underneath this same brand. He wasn't helpful at all. I won't be going back there again!

Visited this store to purchase an iPhone 14 pro max and a new MacBook. Stood around for about half an hour before I took my business down the road and got excellent service. Have had this experience numerous times in this store, absolutely zero customer service. Would like to note, at the time I visited the store it was not at all busy and there were plenty of staff walking around seemingly ignoring all customers on the floor. Would give zero stars if I could, given this seems to be a pattern of behaviour from this particular Noel leeming store.

I went here stood by the camera cabinet , while 3 tech staff stood around talking, asked them to get in the cabinet , they dismissed said what for? Then didn’t know anything about the camera I wanted. I asked them to get one out back, he grunted, came back with the wrong colour one, I asked if he had and white ones…no, at other stores, he didn’t even look at other stores , just said no. Who are you hiring there now, what a joke. I went to Harvey Norman down the road instead. Had three people ask what I would like as I walked in, all staff super knowledgeable, don’t go to Noel lemming , go to Harvey Norman instead

Most pathetic online shopping experience.I made an order under promotion offer (250 dollar gift card )They are now telling I made order the next day, I forwarded the email that I got when the order was made. What a joke.These guys are here to cheat customers.My customer support ticket is open for 4 days, no updates and replies. Stay away from these guys if possible. There are lot better options available in NZ. These guys are the worstSo my one word PATHETIC

Great store, well presented, loved the Smart home displays, staff were gathered around the counter, however, they did ask me if I needed help with anything which was nice.

Great service from Sam W. He explored all the options and came up with the best possible solution.This is a big shop with lots of products and choices.Car parking is good.

Came in for a simple item. I waited at the counter. One man served me. Took me over the goods. I stated I didn't want an expensive one. He showed me one that was $39. I showed him the cheaper one. He did say it'll do the job. He removed a security clip, gave me the item and walked away to the other side of the shop and proceeded to text on his phone. I thought he was still serving me. He didn't come back and I may have been waiting for around 3-4 minutes. I went to the counter and a young man helped me. Took my money and was helpful and pleasant. The first guy wasn't helpful or engaging. Is this because he is on commission??? I will remember that when I come in, maybe won't, for my big ticket items.

I'm not a big fan of this retailer (no specific reason, probably I don't like red), however the service what we received from Tyler, was absolutely superb. I will definitely start our next shopping tour here.

They never pick up their phone or respond to emails. Bloody frustrating when you are waiting on them to sort something for you. Nothing worse than being forced into relying on incompetence. Don't wanna come across as megaboomer but I've worked plenty of retail in my time and I cannot imagine how you could be so poor at communication

I purchased some AirPods for my husband, they fall out of his ears. Cannot get a credit on them, despite under the consUmer guarantees act that they are not fit for purpose, what a waste of $250! They at no stage told me I would not be able to exchange them.While there I wanted to purchase a new v15 Dyson, as I buy a lot from Noel Leeming. When I asked someone behind the counter where they were he just pointed and said down there, not helpful at all. I found them and tried 3 of them turning them on and seeing which one I wanted, was down there for a long time, at one stage could not turn one off and asked a staff member who was talking to some customers how to do this, as I was a bit embarrassed. No one came near me, they were all too busy talking among themselves at counter. Went back to the counter to pick up the AirPods said I was disappointed with their service and walked out and bought Dyson elsewhere.
