We couldn’t decide between two candidates for a book-keeping role and the Accountest helped us in making that decision. We also identified that the candidate we chose needs to upskill her knowledge on NZ tax laws which is great to know before hiring. We wouldn’t have known that without this tool. Definitely recommend.

A really useful resource we use when screening candidates. The tests have questions of varying levels of complexity and the candidate report fully breaks down which answers were answered correctly and incorrectly. This really helps us understand a candidates strengths and weaknesses and identify training requirements.

This was a very good investment in the recruitment process. It is one tool in a bigger process, however it is valuable to assess the candidate and to identify development needs. The instructions, how-to video's and support/FAQ were very helpful. The test is high level and in a limited time-frame. No time for someone taking the test to google answers and the answers are not easy to guess.
