Wes from Stone Thrower Health and fitness has been a inspiring mentor for me. I have trained with Wes numerous times and attended the warrior men's experience and also am currently on the warrior weekly programme. Wes has a training workout system that is simple affective and can be used anywhere at anytime. Working with Wes has motivated me to get in the best shape of my life and helped me to continue to stay drug and alcahol free.
