The phone salesman Xev was fantastic, he moved things along expediently and was very helpful. Thanks to his help we had our terminal in short order and were able to begin trading quite quickly, even during the inter christmas and new year period.

Slow machines, they auto renew your 2 year contracts without your knowledge. And customer service was average

Beware of Smartpays auto renewal contracts! We signed a 36 month contract (as existing customers). We discussed in between to close the lease but they never mentioned that it will be auto renewed. When we requested our account to be closed this month we were told that you contract is renewed and we still had 11 months of our contract due to auto renewal, which would need to be paid out. No email/letter at any point to advise us each year that our contract was due to renew. Under the Fair Trading Act, all terms in a standard consumer contract must be fair. Automatically renewing customers contracts without taking sufficient steps to inform so before doing so is not fair. It doesn't take much to send a reminder email, and the only reason I can think of for a company not doing so is to try and catch customers out when they request to close their account. Sneaky! I recommend using the services of a company that is more upfront, open and communicative in regards to their contract terms and conditions. There's plenty of other options out there.

Jaimee was great to deal with and offered me a very affordable solution even though we are a small player.Had an issue a couple of months ago at the start of a very busy event, called the 0800 number and my issue was sorted immediately.Would recommend both Jaimee and Smartpay whatever the size of your operation.

Very rarely do you get a company promise you something and then deliver.From the start they have helped my business every step of the way.Most times they are all over you to get your business, then once you sign up you never hear from them.Not this wonderful company, staff are always polite, professional and friendlyToday, I'm finding it harder and harder to find companies who deliver excellent service, so well done to everyone on the team.Keep up the good work and take care of yourselves.

Rang this after noon as am having issues with my Eftpos Machine.i got the most unhelpful man on the other side. He had no way of dealing with issues, sounded like he just got out of bed and my Eftops problems agitated him. He was of no help. Just a angry uninterested man ....needs alot of TRAINNING .

Very helpful. Great Service got this going in 2 days from signing my contract.
