We couldn't fault the service, making and installation of the curtains we had ordered. Kate McDonald was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us during her consultation. The email updates while waiting for the new curtains and the prompt installation by Ben made for a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of the product but I can comment on the service standard, and sadly it's not good.I requested a consultant call round to measure up for some new curtains in a bedroom. Explained that I worked from home Monday so that day was preferable otherwise I would need to take time off work. They said oh Mondays our office day but we will see if someone can come out and get back to me. Never heard back.

We were so pleased with our new motorized blinds, Paula was amazing with her knowledge and expertise, other companies quoted and seemed very inexperienced unlike Paula. Looking forward to more new blinds in the new year.

Paula Youds is thee best person to deal with and such a pleasure to buy our curtains and blinds from. She made it so easy for us and sorted out some hiccups we had along the way. Jamie who installed them is faultless! Very kind and calm man. Would definitely recommend their services

Great service from start to finish friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Had an understandable delay due to shipping - but this was communicated well and we were keep informed the whole way through. Pleasantly surprised with all the quote we got that this company was one of the lowest as the product we felt was right up there in quality! Thanks Harrison’s team!

What a great team at Harrisons - Jordy, Joss and Ryan! From the initial visit and quote, through to admin support and communications and then the installation. I cannot fault them.
