This place rocks

Ordered something to be engraved weeks ago as part of a presentation with a Memorial Trophy tomorrow.Went this morning to pick it up and was told it was damaged last week, but they would definitely have something to give us this afternoon.Have just been rung and told they are over booked and they can't get anything to us until late next week.I understand that everyone is busy, however don't take orders that you can't fill especially when you are aware of the emotional significance to the family.We potentially could have organised something else with more notice.Poor service and definitely will not recommend to anybody.In response to your comment - We did not have anything else engraved with you so you did not complete any order for us.You had other hipflasks in your cabinet, YOU told me you would use one of those if necessary (which was fine with us) then at 2pm you told me that you could not do anything at all but give us a blank hipflask.It is customer service at its worst, not Covid.Thank you Emblem for nothing.
