Very friendly and welcoming. Also quite empathetic, I had a particular issue that was quite emotional for me to speak about and the woman I dealt with was really understanding and you could tell she genuinely cared about my situation. Great advice, quite possibly on a wide range of topics, although I was just after advice around employment law and services. Would recommend to others.

The staff is very helpful. They will try their best to answer questions and refer the public to other organisations. There are a lot of brochures and materials that they hand out for further information. I highly recommended them to people who are new to Dunedin.
