Terrible website booking failed at multiple points. After an hour of trying I booked online and no waivering of additional fees due to the website failure

This outfit is a waste of space. I feel sorry for the minimal staff that they employ who simply are overworked and are not able to make the most basic decisions. They forward a message and you never hear back. Shocking business and obviously we'll deserved 1 star. Come on managers of Ticketmaster do something to improve your rating.

Terrible service. Ticket was never sent and missed concert! Multiple attempts at email and phone calls no response and phone calls just hung up on me!
