Not good services

Booked a job 9am Sunday, cleaner is a no-show. I called at 10:16am and the operator said the cleaner had covid last night. I was promised a call back that day to organize another cleaner but I didnt receive any call back. I called again at 11:10am and got brushed off saying will call later the week. Today is Thursday and I called again to arrange something for the weekend, the operator Mina is very rude and didnt show any apology and just very defensive about being short staffed. I can understand that but can't you keep your clients informed? Save yourself some times booking with this company unless you want to keep chasing after your cleaner. Very bad experience.
