Approached the team when my people mover failed to start (was parked just around the corner). The team quickly diagnosed the problem to be a faulty cam sensor. A new sensor was ordered (from Lower Hutt), delivered, installed and tested successfully. Great hassle free service. I was able to take my vehicle home the same day! Highly recommend these guys :)

Amazing service! Michael was very friendly and easy to talk to, particularly with someone as clueless as me, and the work was carried out nice and quick. Really impressed, will keep coming back!

Have to say that I was impressed from start to finish with the service I received from the guys at Broadway Motors. Really happy with the customer service from when I popped in at lunchtime to get them to have a look at a few things to phone calls etc and I was surprised (in a good way) when the work was all done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost for all they did - new brake pads, car service, replacement of a door handle and moisture issue in back light socket sorted. I would thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone....and I will! A lot of us know Ray the previous owner and enjoyed his great work and service and flexibility with payments but these guys are making their own way but from what I've seen, they will be excellent in their own way too and bring a freshness to the business - love the changes to the place too. Book my car in for a full service. I had specific things I wanted to add and check with the service. They were very happy to accommodate my request. They were absolutely amazing, fast responding to my emails and was book in for the following week. They did an excellent job, and they had my car ready for me in time for school pickup as requested. Their prices are fare in fact much cheaper then other mechanics in my area. Will definitely be back.. very happy thanks guys.

Possibily the best mechanic in town! Very professional with excellent customer service and goes above and beyond helping me (who has very poor knowledge of car things) understand what exactly is going on with my vehicle and what needs doing.

Having used other mechanics in the past and feeling ripped off, I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. They don't look for additional work, but just do a great job on what's needed. After getting a quote from another mechanic recently that was pretty much twice the price of Broadway Motors quote, I wouldn't ever use anyone else. Now our whole family - me, husband, son and father-in-law - take our vehicles there and will continue to do so. Outstanding service!

these guys were bloody awesome. they were friendly very professional and they took pretty good care of my car. i am actually planing on going back to these guys and that is saying something considering i don't trust just anybody with my car but heavens knows ill be taking my car back to these guys again and i would do it without thinking twice about who to take my car to.
