Jack is absolutely unprofessional. Does not know how to stick to deadlines, and he’s ruined so many clothes. We gave him gowns for a wedding to sew for us with plenty of notice, and now 2 weeks before the wedding we have no dresses to wear. I strongly urge you to STAY AWAY!

Happy with his work! He's made 2 of my formal dresses and he's amazed me more with my second. Highly recommended! He also has affordable and reasonable prices. Love it

Been there some years ago, this guy needs mouth wash every day.

I came to Jack/Tailors 2000 to have 4 shirts made up in total.I had asked for 1 to be made initially (to make sure we were happy with it) before having the remaining 3x made. This didn't go well with Jack who tried pushing for all 4 to be made from the start saying the shirt I wanted was 'easy'. Problem was I was limited with the material I had and had to repeatedly explain this (IMO I should never have had to explain this, but I did). Jack finally agreed to do the 1x, while shaking his head right in front of me and didn't seem to hide the fact he wasn't happy.The first shirt was made (not with the buttons I had provided, but with ones just like it, however they were facing the wrong way). When the shirt was buttoned up there was a slight crease near one of the buttons and it appeared as though the button wasn't directly in the middle of the button hole it was to go through (the rest were). When this was raised along with the buttons needing to be turned over. Jack told us to take the material we had dropped off and said he didn't want to do them anymore. If it hadn't been for time constraints and the fact that Jack had already made one shirt that I was actually happy with bar some minor things, I would've happily taken our material and left. However we finally convinced Jack not to worry about the minor adjustments raised and just asked him to complete the other shirts.Of the remaining 3 shirts, sizing/measurements were provided for 2x of them. For the last one we took a shirt in for sizing (this was a long sleeved shirt) and on two occasions we had explained to Jack and another lady the long sleeved shirt was only for size, the shirt we wanted was to be short sleeved (like ALL the rest were) yet we were still given a long sleeved shirt & 3 short sleeves in the end.When this was raised, Jack cut the sleeves right in front of us and threw the remaining material to the ground and had someone fix this on the spot for us but he clearly wasn't happy. There were also visits we made to pick up shirts, returning when we were advised it would be ready only to find it wasn't ready.I don't doubt that many people have had positive experiences, I only came to Jack on the recommendation of a few family members whom had all given Jack great reviews.Unfortunately that wasn't the case for us.I want to end by saying we are actually quite happy with the shirts Jack/Tailors 2000 made. The service however was the worst we've ever had and based on that alone would never go back. Jack was like a child who couldn't handle feedback/criticism on his work so threw tantrums right in front of us, seriously.If you do use Tailors 2000 I hope your experience is a much more pleasant one, but buyer beware!!!

Very unprofessional! Gave Jack a minor alteration of a favourite pair of pants, and he butchered it!The work done was messy and not symmetrical. Was angered when I asked him if he could tidy it up a bit to make it wearable. He carried on like a child!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Took a suit jacket to have sleeves shortened, completely ruin it. Then told me “they are not real tailors, only do cheap work”. Avoid this place at all costs

He did a really GREAT job with my Ball dress 2 years ago and I'll definitely go again this year and next year! He made it within a week, it was very affordable and was made with love :) THANK YOU JACK!!!
