Hassle-free and easy pick up and drop off! Many thanks to the wonderful staff for putting up with my partner when he was spacing out, lol. Our Ute/SUV was clean, no car issues, and what we had asked for.

I rented a car on the 28th of April. Everything worked fine and a few days later I looked at my credit card charges. I was shocked by three 100€ charges from the Microsoft store. The transactions happened on the 29th, 30th, and 2nd. So my credit card info was stolen and used. It is only possible that the info leaked from here. He had the card for about 5 minutes and put the numbers into the system. I never handed my credit card to anyone ever before, and regarding the time of the transactions it just has to be this car rental. Now I had to block my card and have no way to pay with my own money but have to rely on the people I travel with. I am absolutely disappointed by Ezi Car Rentals for handling my credit card info so sloppy. Stay save everyone and take care who you give your credit card to!

Great Experience using Ezi. Very new car, friendly staff and got a good discount code from the Internet, so considering the airport pick up, speed of service and the quality and how new the car was, it represented good value.

I took this wonderful car on an adventure 2000+km around the North Island.Ezi Car Rental was so great. I found VERY cheap rentals but the companies with very low prices have awful ratings and may have old and damaged vehicles.For a wonderful off season price, I reserved a car through Ezi online. I was promised a 2018 or 2019 Yaris vehicle and was provided an upgrade to a Corolla Hybrid when I came to pick the car up. It was spotless and in awesome condition. It took under 10 minutes to pick up and start out!I didn't need any additional service but pick up and drop off staff were super friendly. I would 100% recommend the company.*** Side note: I had planned to use Google maps, but I was upgraded to a car with a navigation system and it was amazing. The roads in NZ are not as easy to navigate as those in the USA and many other countries because the highways often go straight through small towns. Most highways are two lanes (one each way). Can't recommend this company enough! I've never had such a pleasant experience with a car rental company! We showed up and the price they told us online was the price they charged us and the car matched what we chose online as well, which usually doesn't happen. The car was fairly new and in perfect condition. When our ferry got cancelled and we had to replan our trip to return to Auckland rather than return on the south island, they made it super easy to switch our plans and then they refunded us the one-way fee! Everyone we worked with in the Auckland office was very friendly and helpful! 100% recommend!!

Was an easy experience from booking to picking up and dropping off. The vehicle was a late model Toyota Yaris Cross and was ideal for what I required. Charlotte in reservations was also very helpful in assisiting me change my dropoff location from Auckland City to Intl Airport.
