Have been going here for a few years now, and Zihan has always done a great job to get me back up into full fitness after an injury. This physio is within a well-equipped gym, so a great place to gain strength back while being supervised too.

Super friendly & professional. Zihan has been my physio for the past 3-4 years and has been more than helpful in aiding me back into Sports performance. He typically opts for a more practical approach to rehab which is just what a competitive Powerlifter needs for lasting results rather than a quick temp fix.
