I would give 0/5 if I can. NO service at all. All the sales were chatting all the time and no one got back to me when I asked for a different size. They didn’t seem happy to help me match an outfit, Very unprofessional sales, only talk with me for following their social medias. Btw I really liked the products but so angry with the service. Never come back again.

Last week I got a bag from here before I flew to Christchurch. After reaching home I noticed there was a little paint and scratch marks on one side of the bag.Once I reported this, Sean and others at the store worked towards helping me return the bag and get a refund remotely.I really appreciate Coach customer service extended by Sean and others. They acted in good faith and were courteous. I will definitely buy from them again.

The bouncer was extremely rude. Opened the door for us, we were not planning to go inside, and was only window shopping. Once we politely refused, the bouncer said “I opened the door for you” rolled his eyes, and shut the door. Extremely unprofessional for a representative staff of Coach.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Had my eyes set on a specific style. I saw it when we visited the US and hesitated on buying. I was hoping that it would be here, in the shop. To the lady who served us, I could have bought a different bag on the spot (I have the money to splurge on), you are rude. I clearly felt you didn't want to serve me at all, or even try to. The way you talked to me, it felt like you looked down on me. You were far more interested at the guy who was trying some shoes, who by the way, is being looked after. Customer service is BAD, especially you guys are a luxury brand!

Heard about the reviews about the staff and the bouncer. But I was completely surprised at how nice they all were. Didn't pressure me into buying something and they were polite. Definitely will come back for the 5th time!Makes me wonder if these bad reviews were from people that think too highly of themselves or were having a really bad day. I used to work at Zara and Dior, so I understand some people out there think people in retail aren't human like themselves.

Been a Client for a couple of years now and I have to say that their bags are the most quality I bought.Always nice to pop in and get served by Anastasia, she’s always very professional welcoming and has great taste in fashion with genuine advise.Thanks a lot Coach.

Thanks for the wonderful customer service! We enjoy the quality fashion items sold here! The wife and daughters always come here to hunt for new products.The retail area is well designed and the display is pleasing to the eyes!The staff are courteous and helpful! The staff as like every other whom reviewed Coach Auckland in Queen Street that they've said is rude and condescending is true.If only we've been served with respect and not giving us that non helpful tone we would've bought a coach piece instead we've just bought items at T Galleria just minutes away from walking past this store.When you get asked of a product inside your store you should at least to have the common courtesy of asking in a respectful way 'How we can be helped' instead you get ridiculed for trying their bags because you don't know how to open them.Do not visit this store if you want to be disrespected during the biggest shopping spree of any customer that would think of buying a piece.

Oscar is excellent in his customer service. He took his time to help me with a set of sneaker / walking shoes that had caught my eye. He’s very patient and happy to help. More people in customer services could learn from Oscar.Respectfully,Aneez
