Wasn't sure how to order, waited for ages, all these people behind me got service. I asked why wasn't I served.The girl abruptly yelled I hadn't placed an order.No trying to help me.She watched me wait and wait,knew but never asked if she could help me.I wouldn't rate 1 star as it's to much.She was very rude. Very stern and acted like she had all authority to be very demoralizing.Disgusting service and behavior on her part.

No one to serve you in person. No staff engaged me, they passed with out looking you in the eye or smiling and I had to ask for assistance from someone unpacking stock. There are no signs directing people how to use services, no ‘front counter’, no printer paper. Food prep staff looked busy but no customer service. Coffee tasted fine but not sure if it was mine or not, I just heard a number that matched and took it. No one around for me to thank

Amazing food and great service. The self kiosk wasn't working when I tried to use an in-app offer so a staff member just put all the items if the deal on the register entered my royalty code and helped me out that way. Overall really good food and really good service I definitely do recommend!

Went through drive through to order two double mchicken burger combos, came home to find the lettuce on both (single patty) mcchickens turning a brown/red and the burgers themselves tasting a bit sour.Genuinely a little disappointing, have otherwise had a great experiences with Maccas in the past but this is the second time my orders been wrong and the foods been sub-par.

Had McSpicy burger and it always stoands up to its name when it comes to serious amount of seasonings. It's definitely on the hotter side of any burger I've tastedThe hot chips on the other hand had no seasoning, not even salt.Had anout 5min wait and the order was correct. Customer Services looked too busy even for a smile while the place was filled woth people without any clean spots to sit.Would go back for a drive through but not to eat in.It did look to have lots of free parking outside.

burger was alright, ordered chips and they were definitely not salted correctly. got a chocolate thickshake and it had no trace of chocolate whatsoever, more like a cup of there normal soft serve. customer service was alright although they definitely lack smiles

Pulled up in... Was soo hungry. Vibe was off. Literally felt like it was mercury retrograding. No cap. Food was good.. but meat patty gave me cow had a bad life vibe. Not too much salt on fries, damn they were good. Would have liked napkins tho! No napkins. As expected, cheese on the side of the box.

Ordered a mcspicy that was RAW which resulted in a 15-20min power chuck and then just randomly every now and then for the next couple days having to have time off work.. when i rang up the lady handed me along very quickly and said.. can you deal with that" to another worker in the rudest way.. they then tried to make it better with mcdonalds vouchers.. lol no thank you.. it says on the site that if food poisoning was to happen that they will pay for doctors and or time off work

In the drive through, some lady in front just keeps ordering many combo meals, stacks of hamburgers and takes a long time between each addition.After taking 10 minutes or so doing this, she wipes the entire order and orders two combo meals completely different.The order person was professional and helpful and did not deserve to have her time wasted like that.Some people are morons.Well done McDonalds
