Neighbourhood pizzeria never disappoints. Epic staff, always good vibes, great afternoon sun and great pizza. Vegan friendly options. Highly recommend the garlic flatbread with vegan cheese or spinach and mushroom✌️

Pizza is great, good selection of beer on tap.Average wait time is about 45minutes to an hour for Pizza however.

Nice little hidden away local neighborhood gem, presenting a very family friendly atmosphere, a wonderful selection of hot drinks (you are sure to find your favourites here), beautifully presented and inviting yummy food. Definitely worth a look -don't forget to have a look around the shop at the varying products - it's a bit of a discovery treat to look around.

So glad I discovered and tried this in the few days i stayed in gisborne. It does require a long wait though so i think book online might have been better. But the pizzas had really interesting flavours and so good i could easily finish a whole one myself

Probably the best pizza we've both ever had in New Zealand. Margherita was fresh and juicy and the meat on meatlovers was actual quality meat, not some cheap stuff you'd usually get. Pizza base was exactly what you'd expect an authentic Italian pizza base to be. Beers were lovely too. We left the restaurant absolutely satisfied.

Great atmosphere, pizzas were very good. We got a margarita and a pepperoni. My only comment is that the base could be cooked a little longer, mine was a bit soft and floppy. (On the pepperoni only) This is just my preference though.Other than that, everything was spot on.

First of all I feel very sorry for that review, cos the staff is very friendly and except the pizza, everything was great.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the home made fries with the special sauce, this was really delicious.⭐️⭐️for the pizza, Im a real pizza lover and I had a lot pizza in my life, all around the world. And I know its very difficult to find a real good pizza in NZ, but there’re some around. OK these are also Italian pizza shops, so a comparison is not always fair.But if you like pizza you have an expectation, its all about the dough.90% is the dough7% is the pizza sauce3% is just the toppingThis pizza was super burned at the edges and it was also super crusty (thats not bad at all) but the taste was more like a crisp bread then a pizza.

We went on Friday night with family, I'd heard positive things about this place and it definitely lived up to and surpassed expectations. Lots of seating outdoors and indoors, it was busy which is understandable not just because it was a Friday night but also because its kid friendly and has an all round good vibe and great pizzas. I had the gluten free jerk chicken and haloumi which is one of the yummiest gluten free pizzas I've had in a long long time and my partner had beef and jalapeno. Even better that there was some left over for next day, which was just as delicious. Wish they had a branch in Auckland, its almost worth moving to Gisborne for :D

I could have driven to Whakatene by the time I got my order, despite being told an 1:15 wait. Over 2 hours and still waiting, Garlic bread took over an hour despite being told 10 to 15 min. Feeling like a hostage for me food.Lovely setting, but under staffed servers and the wait made the meal moot. But this is what you can normally expect here, so jokes on me for thinking this place would improve in efficiency over time.Again, great setting but that doesn't mean a thing if you can't deliver on the food, time after time.
