Took my elderly parents here yesterday to get a outside storage unit. We dealt with Caitlin and had the best service we have ever received. Not only was she patient and helpful but she even offered to drop it off on her way home?! This lady is a true asset and deserves a pay rise

Mitre 10 Hornby left me thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service and the outstanding dedication of their staff members. Hope, Andrew, and Leanne went above and beyond to assist me with installing my new sprinkler system, even going so far as to make a field trip to my home. I cannot express enough appreciation for their commitment and attentiveness. They were meticulous, proactive and provided constant support while I did the installation. Mitre 10 Hornby truly sets the standard for superior customer service, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great selection of almost anything, but whenever i am looking for someone to help after pushing the help buttons, no one ever comes. This has happened on numerous occasions, so i end up leaving and going to bunnings.

Truly amazing service from the ladies who work there. So happy and smiley. They were incredibly helpful with their vast array of knowledge and helped us select the perfect shower head. The lady who served us at the till was also incredibly kind and helpful. If you want good service, I recommend this location!

Very good general store for everything home and garden. One of better equipped and organised stores with clear and not confusing marking, so you can find everything you may need from tools, to bathroom and kitchen, paints, garden plants, daily accessories. Everything you need for home. In addition a cherry on the top is staff. Always nice and friendly. Every shop should learn about customer service from Mitre10 staff ! One of the best teams and approach to clients I have ever seen. Always there to help when you need and assist in any type of enquiry you may have. Always happy to come back.

It's a Big store so you expect to see a big choice of products. Sadly when I was there recently the choices for the items I was after were not lots of everything" but "lots of the same few products spread across the shelves" - in essence to make it look like a grander range than it really was . Even the assistant was in agreement when I told here exactly that when asked if I was finding what I wanted. I reckon there's better places around you can consider unless you know they stock what you require before you go there."
