Slowest and most ignorant staff ever even the trainee, got a footlong Italian BMT on Italian herb double cheddar toasted, they missed the ham and the fillings equalled approx, 1/3 of normal fillings anywhere else, I guess toasted means heat it up slightly but don't let the cheese get even a hint of melting. The Hornby Mall one is a million times better but they hardly ever open!!!Editing this review as I went back today hoping all these negative comments had forced them to improve sadly no improvement at all .. walked in on my crutches no customer there at all three visible staff got told be with you in a minute" then she started making another sub from start no doubt completing an order. Excuse me I am right here the only customer and none of you can serve me? Ok bye that's it for me 2 chances for even reasonable service is enough."

Got some takeaway subs - absolutely love going to Subway Wigram, however tonight there was an Asian gentleman who didn't quite do the veggies and wrapping right!I've worked for subway as well I know it's not that tough to get it right. I would have loved if my sub wasn't SQUISHED!Please look into it. Will be again soon!

This is a very terrible place to order. I used online order, and it was not peak hour, they prepared the subway still late. They missed my adds on avocado several times including this time. So I drove back to the store when I got back, ask for refund. The staff said they cannot refund, ask me to leave my phone number, I mean the progress is so unpleasant, they don’t show any appreciation nor any sorry for the whole thing. Terrible experience twiceVery rude and careless staff and boss. Really the worst experience I ever had.

Honestly the worst service I've ever had at a fast food chain!I order two footlongs through the subway app at 5:50 and the app said it would be ready at 6:13.I came in to pick it up then and it wasn't ready.the guy who served me said it would be ready soon and he will tell me when it is, Keep in mind I ordered at 5:50!I keep waiting and I saw a few orders go in the pick up area but he didn't say any of them were mine and I was waiting right by the counter so I just kept waiting.All the while everyone in line is getting their subs in a matter of minutes!By 6:35 I asked him how long he thought it would be and he said oh have you checked the pick up area"After he had said he would of tell me when its ready.I Checked the pick up area

the sub was good, but the service was really bad espicaly the white skinny female with heaps of piercing as soon as i walked in she started complaining didnt even use gloves she snizzed on my food as well my friends also had issues with this worker in the past.

They don’t even put minimum amount of toppings. Most of the toppings sold out… out of spinach all the time. Hardly seen olives, cucumbers & tomatoes on the sub, putt heaps of lettuce.* Footlong only 4 slices tomatoes & cucumbers. If 6 inch then only 2 slices tomatoes & cucumbers.* Veg sub with avo… you always get without avo….* If you call back for complaint “ohhhh, sorry we got new staff, will give you free cookie with next order, will putt double avocado & putt double toppings.Means we have to order again to get the same less topping food.Want to give less than 1 star, but have no option.

Worst subway restaurant in the country! I've been to alot of them and this one is definitely the worst by far! The lady there thru the food together rough as guts! Even if she spat in it, it wouldnt have made it any worse! Then she stood and waited for me to get my drink and basically told us to get out because it was closing time and locked the door! Muttering something under her breathe! ...... REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN NO STARSI WOULD! SUBWAY SORT YOUR SH!+!!!
