spoke to a lady and she wasn't even sure about differences btn mt manganui and tauranga. concerned of gang issues in the region. told all safe and good but my mate got abused on the street the other day. dunno whether i should stay in tauranga or go back to my hometown in wellington

That was good renting with them but they are not that keen in getting the bond form out to the tenancy services (I vacated on 18/07 and no refund form was received by tenancy services till 28/07) even after 3weeks from the day I vacated the property. I think they still need to understand the importance of this and must be accountable to check if the form had actually reached them.I believe my expectation is right like how the Property management company expects the tenants to pay their rent on time!
