Asked for rear break pads for a Toyota high ace van ended up with break the wrong break pads and the wrong type. Well I guess it was a Sunday

Not even worth one star! No one came out to ask if we need any help. The woman sat behind the desk and just stared at us. Waited at the counter to pay and didn't come out from behind her desk. So we left our stuff at the counter and walked out. Absolutely atrocious customer service

I give it 5 stars for customer service. Very helpful staff. If they don't have the item in stock , there's no issue with them getting it in for you...and item usually arrives by the next day.

Friendly staff who treat you as a mate not a customer. Needed parts for an old project car. Not in stock but had them next morning. Even cheaper than a few other places I've tried.

Rather disgusted in the customer service, and misinformation.Four team members were huddled around a computer at the front desk chatting casually rather than working, and the only person to help told me that mixing oil brands doesnt matter which is extremely untrue as each brand makes their oil differently.I was also told that they didnt have the oil i needed in a bigger container.After finding the type i needed, i paid for my purchase and the guy who was helping me then points out a bigger container of what i needed which was on sale after being told by the very same guy we don't have any of that"Will be making my purchases in cambridge from now on."

I had just signed up with after pay and purchased a car battery and use this as payment. Everything went wrong of course with my app in store, But lovely beautiful maori girl helped me with everything, I was so thankful and embarrassed that I didn't note her name. Keep this girl on, a valuable asset!! A perfect gem ❤️
