Great service from the mechanical team. They deserve a 5 star rating. However the office lady is just rude and incompetent to say the least. She needs to be fired or get lots of training in customer service.

No fuss, no hassle, they made small adjustment to lights for it to pass rather then having to go somewhere else and pay extra

Staff can’t follow a system of who’s first in line. After 2 cars went before 4 others including myself I just got a refund. Shouldn’t be up to the customer to run up and say they were before and not everyone has hours to wait all day.
