I had a broken screen, and two other issues on my smart phone, took it into Gadget Xperts, reasonable waiting time, they knew their prices for different repairs, so I had an idea of my budget. Very fair price and they even finished before the given time so that was great I could then go home earlier. Lovely couple, very efficient. Do try them!!

brought my iphone 12 pro which was with broken screen and continually overheating went to many other shops quoted more than $600 but gadgets xperts guys fixed screen and overheating problem in just $340 and its all working fine now. impressive service and resonable price. these guys are best in palmerston north highly recommended.

I have mixed feelings about Gadget Xperts. I requested a quote to fix a PS4 that was over heating. Was quoted $100.00. When I took it in I needed to pay a $30.00 diagnosis fee and then was charged another $150.00. The problem was fixed same day which was fantastic.

I got my iphone screen replaced. All looked good until I got home and noticed a Settings notification advising that a non certified part was used. The notification would not go away so I called the shop. They advised that the notification would display even if they used official apple parts and that it might go away after an upgrade. This was really annoying and didn't give me much faith in the quality of the repair.Two weeks later my phone got wet in the rain and completely died. Won't turn on at all. I am assuming this is due to the screen replacement not being done correctly as iphone 11s are supposed to be water resistant and I have never had an issue getting my phone wet in the past.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Sent my Samsung smart watch to this company back in November last year. No communication, despite my numerous attempts to ask how repair was going. He finally replied 5 weeks later saying hasn't received part yet.Paid $220 to get my watch back in the middle of January, which only worked for two 45 minute sessions before playing up again. I took a video of it at that time.Contacted this company to let them know, sent it back as they requested.A further 3 weeks past - no communication before they called to tell there was a scratch on the screen accessing me that I had damaged it.I replied I have a video of it not working which clearly shows no such scratch and asked for a photo of this supposed damage. As yet, no photo, no invoice for earlier payment and no warranty issued despite requesting a few times. This company insists I have damaged my own watch (uh, why would I do that?) and would replace screen at cost. I have rejected that twice, asked for a refund and the return of my now useless property.I believe they use imitation parts, and have suspicious positive reviews, including immediate family members.Unfortunately I didn't see the reviews before using this company, so hopefully nobody else gets screwed over by them.There are plenty of other reviews saying the same thing.At time of this review, still waiting for my watch and money to be returned.APPALLING.

NEVER AGAIN! took my ps4 pro that had a 2tb hard drive to get repaired (the hdmi port needed repairing) once I got it back they took the hard drive and gave me a 500gb hard drive.

I'm not too happy with the service I received at GadgetsXperts. At the very least, they gave me a refund which I was happy for, but there was no consistent communication from the company. They never updated me on things like the device being shipped to Auckland, and when they told me things like we'll give you a call back on friday" or "we'll give you a call back in a couple of minutes" those never happened. Deadlines they gave me came and went

Got my iPhone screen repaired from this place, everything was working fine until it got repaired the battery started draining real fast and the screen become real sensitive and done things on its on without touching the actual screen. Brought it in and they said my screen protector had a chip in it and said that was the cause of it when my phone was working and charging perfectly before I brought it in prior and the battery could last all day now I have to repeatedly charge it at least 4 times a day or more. I’ve had this phone for 4 years and have 2 kids it’s never once done this as they have dropped it and done all sorts to it, yet it’s never done this. Yet I get it replaced and bring it back because it’s having problems a chip in the screen and apparently being dropped is the cause of my battery drainage and sensitive screen. I’m very unhappy with this.
