Don't buy Gree, it is cheaper, and you will understand why.Don't hire this guy, he is unreliable and you will see why.Don't be fooled by the smooth talking. That is the only thing impressive as the rest was really bad.The guy came 15 days late to the job. Once he came, he did not finish the job and never came back.Some of the work done was really not up to the mark.The heat pump was malfunctioning from day one.Kept in touch with him after that but once he received the payment, he did not show any interest in finishing the job and actually stopped responding.He will tell you that Gree is the best and he does not get a commission from selling it to you. But what it does not tell you is that he is the only person in the Wellington area, authorized to maintain Gree heat pumps (unless you want to lose your guarantee). So, basically you will be stuck with him.

Recently, we needed to replace our heat pump, and so started looking around for the best unit to meet our needs. Whilst all the various companies that we sought quotes from, Quality Air exceeded our expectations. Lindsay was very easy to deal with, timely in responding back to us, and introduced us to the Gree model of Heat Pump which was a fraction of the cost and yet still met our requirements. Lindsay is a very friendly person, knowledgeable in his trade, and very efficient in getting the job done. Would definitely recommend. Jane and John

Waited for this guy for more than a month, during which he postponed or forget twice, after he showed up (tenanted place) with previously agreed followup step to provide a quote he just didnt communicated for a week. When i called he said he is just not interested. I talked with him overall 5 times prior. Waste of time.

I heard a lot about Gree, and when I searched for a reliable Wellington-based installer, Quality Air came out tops. Reasonable price, excellent advice, fast response, and reliability. I will strongly recommend Quality Air to anyone.

Lindsay is a home ventilation system expert with years of experience. He was prompt assessing what we needed, no hard sell and very fair quote. Took a morning to install. The system has made so much difference to condensation and our house, despite always being well heated and ventilated, it feels so much dryer. Would highly recommend
