I use the adjacent toilets.The soap dispenser never wants to work properly.This seems to be a theme around South Taranaki.

I waited outside the isite for an Intercity bus. People were going in and out. I couldn't sit in the bus shelter as a man was smoking in there, and a family filled the park bench beneath the trees so I found the small patch of shade under the isite sign. The public toilets are adjacent to the bus stop which is very convenient for travellers.

I wanted to get some local knowledge about camping areas and road conditions. Everything I was told was straight from a brochure and I had already read about it online. Unhelpful.

Has always been very helpful phoned them regularly when we moved to South Taranaki and always been helped with all questions. Also had friends living overseas visiting and information centre told them about places to go helped with busses and so much more been great.
