Absolutely amazing in service, conduct and knowledge! I had previously been to 4 reputable watch makers (both North and South Island) with my x2 Pocket Watches, one was vintage 1800s the other of great sentimental value, both faces couldn't close properly, nobody was able to help and the previous advice given was completely incorrect.Within 10 mins with Pilbrows ChCh not only were both fixed with an explanation of what was truly wrong but they also didn't charge me for their time or the equipment needed to rectify the issue! I was so overwhelmed I left with tears of joy.Will never take my watches anywhere else, you can feel confident these staff members know what they're talking about and will treat your treasured items with the absolute best care.
