A few days ago, we accidentally ran into Audi Approved+. Raul met us at the entrance and asked what we were looking for. I came here a little after lockdown as a birthday gift to see my favorite car, The 2018 Audi R8 V10 Plus, when I came one of the staff members saw me get really excited and was really nice to me. He let me sit in the car and take photos, and as if that wasn't enough he gave me the keys and let me start and rev it. I cant express how grateful I am to have been treated so well at a dealership where they care about their customers.

Great customer service and top perks for buying a used car: two years full warranty and roadside assistance - also a full tank of petrol (first time when I buy any car, new or used and getting that).

These guys don't give up on the awesome service once they sell you a car. A broken windscreen on my new car was sorted with one email sentence. Windscreen in stock, booked in to replace within a few days, brand new loan car for the day, my car was valet clean upon pickup, phenomenal service from very friendly team.

Brad Proctar, the man has sold me yet another car!
