NEVER EVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!I dropped in pants to be taken in, misplaced the receipt but 5 days later the owner could not locate the pants, said would call me back. I visited twice more and was told both times I would be contacted and never was. I also had the date of drop off from my bank account payment but still couldn't find them (or couldn't be bothered to look) Still no pants and paid $42 for alteration.

Took the trousers for shortening and specifically mentioned the length should be 36.5 inches (not 36 and not 37 but 36.5). To my surprise, the trousers were shortened to 38.5. Since the length was written as 36.5 in the receipt, I msg him back hoping he would redo and fix it.Guess what, forget about acknowledging the error, the gentleman questioned me instead and said .....where did you come with 36.5

Amazing service. Beautiful work. 5 star will use again and again. I had a wedding dress needing altered and formal dress and it was and emergency job. He had it done the next day and was perfect with no flaws. He is very friendly. Cost was really good and fair. Will be going back for future alteration.

Do not use this service! I had my wedding suit jacket sleeves taken up. I was in a rush so did not check it in the shop. When I got home and tried it on later I noticed there was a burn on the shoulder area. I returned the following day and was told it must have happened when I brought it home, even though I explained it had been in the suit protector the whole time. The owner then told me it couldn’t have happened there because they have nothing hot in the building (seems unlikely given the nature of the business) and then that it must have been on it already and then contradicted himself by saying that his staff would always alert him to any damage to the clothes. All felt like a well rehearsed rebuttal to anyone who has issues with their service. I am now down a wedding suit jacket and there are no more in stock, means I’ll have to either replace mine and the groomsmen’s or wear something different to them. Avoid at all costs or it may cost you a lot.

I recently used the dry cleaning and alteration services, and I was really happy with the Result. I took my duvet double to be dry cleaned and my shirt to be altered and the they both come back in the exact condition that I had hoped for.

Julian always marks or pins the desired alteration, you have the opportunity to view in a full length mirror and discuss it before taking off the garment. I have used his services for about 5 years, for all kinds of alterations and have always been happy with the result. Will continue to recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The item was lengthened longer than I had asked, when I took it back they flat out denied that it was longer than I had requested. Once I showed them with the tape measure I was told my measurements I requested were ambiguous and that the 1/2 inch longer doesn’t really make that much difference. Not the point, nor not true. For the remainder of the conversation, I was blamed and received no apology or refund. They fixed the item of clothing but after much resistance.

Avoid like the plague - I dropped 3 suits for some minor alterations (one required some work on a pocket), they charged $460, when I collected and got home I noticed a pair of pants missing, when I called I was informed they gave everything back but would look. They never called, 3-4 weeks later I called, and of course they found them - of course the alterations requested had not been done.This place is a scam - just look inside to see their operation - terrible !!

My favourite clothing alteration specialist, as usual they never disappoint if you need them. I bought a pair of Levi's jeans that needed shortening and I got the jeans perfect after, exactly what I wanted. The quality results was amazing as well as the beautiful customer service that I received from them. They deserve more then 5 stars, the best alteration in the area, will always be my go to for clothes alteration.

Good dry cleaning job
