We paid 200$ for car parts in this shop to have them the next day. The person on the phone told us that the parts would arrive within the day but no news, the next day we were told that the parts were available, surprise when we arrived at the shop, there was only half the order that day... after 3 incompetent calls and 2 return trips for nothing, the parts arrived 3 days later.We had to ask for a refund because we found them quickly at NAPA. Icing on the cake a refund under conditions of 10$ charged for the return to the warehouse.Good job !

went in on friday the 17th to see about getting steering rack bushes got told they can get them for $128 double the websites price($64.99) and that they would be there in 90 min, 45 min later a phone call to confirm the parts ordered and that they would be there in morning, by noon the next day hadn't received a phone call so stop by and shockingly no parts try monday, So monday finally comes round and still nothing and not even sure when the part will be there so had to get a refund and ordered it off trademe for $70.64 and should be here in 2-3 days should have done that in the first place. I hope Graham is plagued by door dings until his final breath.

I’m usually too lazy/busy to write online reviews but had such exceptional service, I thought I have to. The 2 guys that helped me today (and on my last visit) we friendly, prompt and made the whole experience positive. Exchanged a Bluetooth adaptor that wasn’t working with zero hassle. Let’s just say we’re a 3 vehicle household and we will be giving all our future business to Supercheap. No time for Repco as I’ve had literally the opposite experiences there. Thanks team. You rock.

Needed my battery checked and was told no one that was trained was working to be able to test for me. Ended up needing a jump start and told me to go and ask people in the carpark.

Very bad shelving and stock layout. Things in the wrong place, mislabelled pricing on shelves or stock put on shelves in such a way so you can easily purchase the wrong (more expensive) product.Make sure you double and triple check the products you purchase, and the receipt.Yeah sure, if you take the products back they might exchange them. But are they going to refund you the time and money spent on petrol due to them running their store in an incompetent manner?

A medium sized store. As usual, they are popular. Supercheap Auto is a New Zealand's leading auto spares, parts and accessories retailer. The other competitor being Repco, my general idea is Super cheap auto might be a bit cheaper. This store located at Eastgate has got onsite parking. Customer service was good from the guy there.

My battery had been playing up, so I went here for a free battery test. It showed it needed replacement, so I was ready to buy a new one from them. However, he kindly pointed out that it was still under warranty from a competitor, which saved my money.
