They are very professional and they give great suggestions that suits your liking, I definitely recommend this salon if you want some advices on what to do with your hair such as hair colour. They have such friendly staffs and great service. I really like Navdeep as my hair stylist the most as she is very nice and well trained!Definitely recommend

Thought it was quite pricey at $98 for a cut, wash and straighten. Honestly wouldn’t have minded if it was an excellent job. I was there for 1.5hrs because my stylist was going backward and forward between two people (if I’m paying this much shouldn’t I get a stylist the whole time?!). My layers are also choppy and not the slightest bit even, really disappointed to have paid $98 for something that took double the time it should have and isn’t even! I also watched a trainee straighten someone’s hair for 20 minutes over and over the same pieces, thought I was going to watch it snap off in-front of my eyes!

Shoutout to Nicole!! I was struggling to find a hairstylist since I moved to NZ and I’m happy I found her! I had a haircut and balayage today and the result was exactly what I was expecting! She nailed the cut and colour. Not to mention that the staff was super friendly! Strongly recommended!!!

First time client, had a wonderful experience. Was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Shelly was amazing and was very patient with me while deciding what colour I wanted, as I changed my mind a few times. She was helpful and suggested different colours and pros and cons of them. Shelly is the first hairdresser I've ever had that has really paid attention to what I wanted and made suggestions without forcing them on me. My hair has never looked betterWill definitely be back

It was my first time having my hair done professionally in a while and I was so pleased I chose to come here. Keisha took the time to listen to what I was after, offered guidance and really made sure that we could get the best result possible! I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I was honestly so impressed and happy with the outcome I couldn't not sing her praises!

I did have a really friendly, pleasant person do my hair, but after 3 visits and just not getting it right, I've gone somewhere else . They completely understood what I wanted and explained what had been done wrong previously. So, I finally got the hair color and style I wanted . Won't be going back to vivo
