Not great at replying to emails when it comes to a faulty product. Stopped in as had no reply to advise them of my leaking gas hob. They will only attempt to send a technician but advised of a high wait time. Explained i'd already had a gas fitter come and look at it and was advised i need a new hob, regardless, appliance plus will still only send a technician. Haven't heard from them since. Have advised i would rather go a purchase a new hob from another company - again no reply. Easier and safer to just purchase a new hob. They obviously don't have much sense of urgency when it comes to leaking gas...

Have dealt with these people over a few years and always had a good outcome. Somethings you buy a lot cheaper because it may have a small ding in it. Recently upgraded our kitchen so bought a stove and dishwasher off them. Dishwasher had an error problem after a month or so, rang them and they sent out a service man to repair it. a month later the problem re- appeared,so yesterday a truck arrived and replaced the whole unit. Cannot beat their contact and service 10 stars. Not often you can find a seller who backs their products. Full respect to these guys. Much appreciated, Brian Thompson, and Judy Holmes.

Yet again, great, friendly and immediate service. I had an emergency situation and Applianceplus came to help within a couple of hours - fantastic! Don't go anywhere else folks ...you won't find better.

Ordered a brand new TV that was new to the country. This appliance plus didn't have it in store but ordered it specially after I had phoned in and asked so I could pick it up as Waiheke island was the only store in Auckland (I'm not going to pay $200 extra for the car ferry to pick it up).I ended up having a pleasant transaction with Wiki, she was very lovely and informative the whole way through and now I'm very happy with the experience as they knew all about it as soon as I mentioned my name in store.Why don't we have more Appliance Plus stores in NZ as this is Kiwi Owned, we should support our local businesses.Well done Wiki and the team @ Appliance Plus Hamilton :)

Excellent and friendly service. Not pushy so felt comfortable browsing. They made an extra effort to show me how the washing machine works, didn't mind answering our questions at all. I can't speak highly enough about these guys but they are simply the best!
