Surprisingly good for a chain - and they have crushed tortilla chips as an option for the burrito which is something I’ve only come across once before and have since been dying to find again. Pretty good vegan options and well labelled.

I order 2 burritos and 7 bowls on Saturday, 10 December 2022 for Monday, 12 December 2022 at 11:40am pick up via Zambrero website and paid in advance with total bill of $137.7 incl GST. On Monday, i arrived at 11:50am and the staff member (I assume she is the team leader/supervisor) told me they haven’t prepared my order at all since the manager didn’t pass through the order to them and they also told me they don’t have lamb that day - so i change it to chicken instead. So there is no point ordering in advance and waste of time for me to wait them make the order - such a poor management. Luckily, the team member made my order as fast as they can. The taste of the food is also standard. I prefer other place with same type of food and better service.

Ordered the taco bar for my staff after work social club. The girls - sorry I didn’t get your names - were amazing. They were professional, tidy and pleasant to work with. I hope to have you back for the next staff do - the staff loved it. Highly recommend!!!

This is a good little spot for Mexican fast food. The customer service here is really top notch. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A loyalty card programme operates here. Little tip, by going on Mondays you gets two stamps for a burrito or wrap instead of one stamp. 10 stamps gets you a free burrito/wrap. Additionally each bowl you get feeds another hungry mouth with a plate 4 plate scheme. So while it is a little on the expensive side you can feel good that you're also helping someone else.

Just ordered a cauliflower burrito and it was labelled incorrectly so I started eating my boyfriend's lamb burrito. The one time there are actually labels and they're wrong? Cool, great job.

Ordered from here on uber eats over Level 3. They were quick with making the order and it was tasty and very well made. They left wonderful friendly notes on the bag and in the order when they had to replace something in my order. I appreciate their wonderful service. Whoever prepared my order at 7:30pm 30th Sept. Thank you. Your notes made my day.

Nice place. Fine ambiance . Staff are very professional in approach . Patient when taking orders and explaining the menu. Concept similar to Chipotle in the United States. No pressure for us to finish our food at once. We can have casual talks while enjoying our meal . Nice food and pretty place in a quiet and without car street. The server clement his really helpful and friendly !

I don't know why this place is considered Mexican at all, the spices, meats, toppings, etc miss the mark entirely. From the flavorless guacamole to the sour sauces, none of it was pleasing nor did it have much flavor. You are able to build your own dish and customize it , reminiscent of a popular Mexican food chain in the US. But that's the only similarity. If you're looking for Mexican, this is not the place to go. I won't be returning, I can happily pay $14 for a better meal elsewhere.

I love Zambrero. Very healthy meal that serves good quantity food. I have ordered Zombrero via Uber Eats mostly and it has never been a disappointment. Good stuff.
