They provide tech support in my school, and they are horrible. The system is heavily flawed and I honestly question what they do all day when some computers don't even have the right software installed on them.

I brought my laptop there, they didnt repair it but said it was repaired and at the counter the lady recognized it but i had to pay 60 dollar for the repair technician. Terrible and never again experience.

Outlook had slowed down so much my laptop was choking on inbox and sent emails.My regular computer technician was unavailable and I rang around for a recommendation for a reliable computer Company.PC Media Blenheim, New Zealand, were recommended.Have just picked up my laptop today, and am delighted to say it is back to normal speed and the Charges were very reasonable.So thanks Mark, Kiri and PCMedia.
