I purchased a tea pot and within a couple of weeks the infuser fell apart. They replaced this and then a few weeks later the new one fell apart and now they say that there is no warranty on teapots. The Consumer Guarantees Act gives us rights which their staff do not seem to know or want to follow. Very poor quality and serviceUpdate: I have now had the teapot replaced and can enjoy the lovely tea again. Good result in the end

Huge, organize and clean shop. Our favorite shop for teas. They have differenr flavours of delicious tea. Staffs are lovely and friendly.

We came in looking for a tea cup to add to our collection. The two ladies working there were extremely pleasant and helpful! The store has an amazing selection of tea cup and teapot options with any design gin you can think of, and the tea selection is unreal! Definitely a must-visit for tea or any tea accessories!

Best tea ever. Great for all tea lovers. So many varieties (loose or bags). A huge selection of teapots, strainers and cups. Also option to buy set of smaller sample teas.

This is the ultimate of tea stores. I don't drink the brew at all, even fragrant teas, but I was glad to have gone into this establishment. Superb displays with friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as a great product range (including the unique South African rooibos and honey bush). Wellington done to you all!

T2 is the place for tea lover and also attracts people who are going to be a serious tea drinker! They have so many flavours. The brewers? A LOT! You could spend a lot of money here because every tea brewer is unique and well designed (very detailed). The staff are lovely and really helpful. I bought a pearl-pink tumbler and get hot tea for free! LOVELY!

So much lovely things to buy. Bought a cup and 2 spoons that I have not seen before. Packed well as taking home on a plane. Staff friendly and chatty.
