Unfortunately there was neither a vending machine in the terminal nor an open café on board with the chance to purchase water. I think it‘s highly problematic for anyone with impacted health on a hot summer’s day. There should be a disclaimer for tourists / on the website.

This is one of the most arrogant companies that you will deal with. We should know as we’ve been using them regularly for 16 years and counting. Some staff are wonderful but some love to assert the tiny amount of power that their role affords them in this world. These people look for reasons to say no instead of yes. Sadly a monopoly creates monopolistic behaviours. If SeaLink was a cafe we would frequent the one next door.Please tell them of great service but also of bad service. The owners need to know who to weed out and which behaviours that have become part of their culture need to be stamped out.
