I have been feeling very sore in the shoulders, neck and lower back for months now. I decided it was time to do something about it and found Sagrada online. After reading the reviews I decided to give a massage a go. I am thrilled to say that I had a fantastic massage from Natalie. She works very intuitively and easily found where my sore or tender spots were. Natalie came across as having a vast knowledge of massage and techniques, In writing this I have already decided to book a follow up. Highly recommend!

I have been working alongside Natalie for the past few years and the healing and support she has brought to my life has been phenomenal. She is a highly intuitive and wise soul and during our healing sessions I always feel held, seen and safe. Her massage and energy healing sessions leave me feeling relaxed and reenergised, and her vast variety of products have been a beautiful support for me along the way. Natalie is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, She always knows what I need, whether a chat and a tea, some beautiful oils and a massage or some real deep healing she really has it all. I always feel better when I see her, she is so loving and welcoming you won't want to leave! I love that she has such a range of products from personalised herbal teas for every aliment, smoking mixes, crystals and a high vibe energy. She just gets it! Highly recommend!

I've gotten some INCREDIBLE products from Natalie, I am a huge fan of aroma therapy and her healing bath salts have the double win of being both incredible smelling and safe but also curative to my aches and pains. She's incredible creative with her combinations as well...Rose and Copal bath salts is my current fave for an early evening signal that my wellbeing is sacred and important.

Ive had a lot of massages in the past but this was certainly one that resonated with me. I liked the fact that there was an open dialogue beforehand which allowed for a lovely connection. I felt very safe, important with trauma.

I’ve been suffering from back pain and my partner decided to book me in here even though it’s quite far. I would say it’s worth travelling because natalie did a great job. No more pain and felt more alive.Thanks natalie for making me feel like at home the whole time.
