My partner purchased some sanding discs a week ago which she used and only told me today that the discs kept flying off the orbital sander after not much use. The discs still had a lot of life left in them.I called the shop and explained the situation to Andy, the manager. He said to call into the store sometime and he would work something out.I went into the shop straight away and met Andy and we compared the used discs to new ones. They didn’t have stock to replace like for like so he very kindly said he would give me a full refund.I wasn’t expecting that. But great customer service. Thank you. Will definitely be back. Good job, keep it up.

Excellent service,. Bought a tool chest. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and especially helpful. Two staff lifted it (heavy) and helped me juggle it into the boot of our 4wd (tight fit) and then directed me to another shop I needed to go to. Great product too- wish I'd bought one years ago- garage might even fit car in soon.
