Your staff especially that older lady with dyed dark orange/brown hair does not wear her mask correctly you need to bend the top so it comfortably sits on your nose or else there is no point wearing a mask if you aren't going to wear it correctly

I wish I had more time during my first visit but little time I spent at the store made me mark it as place to come back to. I liked herbal remedial tea selection for sure and was able to quickly get what I needed.

I had a terrible experience. On the website the informed time to close is 7pm, I arrived to buy bach flower (my daughter's treatment) at 6.25pm and the owner told me it was already closed because he needed to fill up the stock ??? I tried to explain that I needed the remedy and that it should close at 7pm as the website did, so he just ignored me and left. Never come back!
