A great team who sure know their stuff. It's always a pleasure to stop by for a quick yak and grab some supplies.

I am very disappointed about the service when there is a problem. Bought a hot water unit around 400 dollars, not hot water after 6 months, my father took the unit in before Christmas and asking advice, saying nothing wrong with it. in January, I rang up again to ask for help or advice, saying will get someone call me back, but no reply. Eventually I managed time off work to pop in, with shock, I was told no warranty any more! I stood there without knowing what to do next. then I was given the supplier's phone number to ring, but found it was wrong, then have to pop back in to ask for the correct number. The supplier over the phone saying it is still within warranty! the next step is who is going to organise and pay for the freight! I was told I had to. I felt it is not right to leave the customer sort things out. Why would not we get the unit from supplier then? I am very upset for this. The good service is how you handle it when things goes wrong! All I want is hot water!

Offensive, disrespectful and judgemental service, very disappointing. They have a lovely showroom, but I was given more advice about climbing over fences than what I needed for my new bathroom. There are other options, I will not be returning to Chesters.

The staff were so helpful. I bought 3 items despite only going in for a toilet, that's not about the sales pitch, but about the knowledge shared. If I ever do another bathroom reno I'll go to Chester's first.
