Chemist Warehouse St Lukes

Not only the dispensary staff made errors in my prescription and the customer before me. The staff did not apologise or take any accountability to rectify the situation. The staff member simply said “I wasn’t the one who checked it”.My quoted 15-20minute wait time became a 45 min wait due to the dispensing error.I recommend the dispensary team to reconcile basic dispensing skills to allow safe practice for the community.

Just collected my order from chemist warehouse & the woman who served me was absolutely helpful, kind & overall had great customer service. Was a little anxious about my order but she was absolutely amazing! Wish I got her name. But thank you for the awesome service!

This is by far the worst Chemist Warehouse I have gone to! The shelves are grossly under stocked only to hear the staff members discussing they don't stock the shelves because as soon as you stock them they are empty, is that not the point of having a retail store? The cashiers don't bother greeting customers and are more interested in discussing each other's skin products and clothing! Come on people you are in a customer facing job step up your game! If you did not have customers you won't be in a job to buy your skin products or clothing! Disappointing!!! Stop the little store huddle and focus on your customer!

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life from the Chemist Warehouse St Lukes pharmacy. The older asian lady who took my prescription was super rude from the onset and was dismissive to my queries about my prescription. She shooed me away instead of answering if one of the items was in stock. I ended up waiting 45 mins only to be told that it had to be ordered in. I would have left the prescription there rather than waiting all that time had I known. There was no sorry about it either. I was in shock at how rudely I had been treated. There is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully! I cannot recommend this pharmacy.

Very disappointed female pharmacist and so thoughtless about dealing with prescriptions. I was trying to deal with a patient's dilemma about a repeat script as he was told to get a repeat script from the GP. As a practice nurse, looking back at the script he had the script for 3 inhalers last month which is valid for three months. The patient stated that he was only given one supply and not three. I spoke to a male pharmacist ( couldn’t get his name clearly) just before 17.00hrs today and told me that he had two repeats so I call back the patient so that he can go and get his repeats. When he went there after 30mins, he was told by a female pharmacist that there was no repeat script and that he need to call the clinic for the new script. When the patient call and inform me of the situation, I became furious that I just spoke to the male pharmacist before and yet the female pharmacist was adamant no one spoke to me about it ( including she was asking her male colleague which he denies). She keep explaining to me that they can not dispense the script for less than 90 days and needed a new script ( making me more confused with her jargon explanation). When I asked why they did not dispense the rest of the two inhalers, she could not answer but kept repeating the same statement over and over again (making her fool talk like a parrot). The solution is that not only did I have to provide a new script but had to charge the patient another $30 for the new script which is not fair for him because of them discarding two inhalers. I feel let down by those incompetent and inexperienced pharmacists. I hope there are good and well-experienced pharmacists who can teach how to give clear explanations and a better understanding of conflict matters. Very poor service!!!!!!

No one answers the phone calls. You never know if your prescription is ready to be collected. No message or communication about your prescription. You may need multiple visits to collect them.

Cheap as chips and super savings price wise. Loved this store in Marrickville Sydney and now here in Mt Maunganui as well as St Lukes. Primo

This place is an assault on the senses. If you make it past the wall of perfume at the entrance without a headache, you'll be sure to pick one up trying to see or read anything in this visual hellscape. Pretty sad considering it's supposed to be a place that supports health.Two stars are for the helpful staff member who helped me find something.
