My car needed a wof so I contacted AA Te Rapa and they were able to fit me in that day. It failed it's wof at first but the team were able to quickly fix a couple of minor issues and got it to pass it's wof in that same booking time. Really friendly and helpful service with a can do attitude. Cheers guys!

A very pleasant experience in renewing my WOF. WOF inspection was carried out in timely manner, unfortunately I had to have some work done on my two front doors. The staff kept me updated every step of the way. Was very pleased with the end result and feel it was worth what it cost me.

Got my car serviced, the brake repaired and wof done on same day (Toyota corolla) with excellent communication and an explanation of costs. They only recommend repairs that are indicated. They also picked up small issues which Toyota servicing people had missed.

Wish i went here in previous years. First time customer and was impressed by how simple it was. Booked online and got a response within 24hrs. Drove in on the morning and was gone within 30 mins. $65 wof so cheaper then vtnz but without the gruelling wait times. Highly recommend this branch.

We've paid for an AA Silver service and expected everything to be checked thoroughly. The reason for having cars serviced is to have a safe car on the road and pass a WOF. 5 Months later, the WOF failed. All this shop tells us is that they only did a Visual check and that 5 months is a long time. Well, not for an elderly person only putting less than 1000km on a car in 5 months. Won't recommend this AA Centre at all.
