This is a very excellent rest home with caring staff and good facilities. I would happily have my grandmother be cared by them.

Due to ongoing concerns for my mother in law's welfare and poor standard of care were forced in a short time to remove her. A Tauranga hospital visit confirmed our fears that she was being seriously neglected and according to Professional Medical staff at this Hospital was a classic case of neglect.

Absolutely do not recommend this place! If I could give zero stars I would! Had a family member in here and she was neglected by them. It was an absolutely horrific situation, and I would not wish this upon anybody else!

Sadly 0 stars wasn't an option. Noone deserves this level of neglect. Especially not our LOVED ones. The website claims the money all goes back into caring for the elderly, yet bathing, feeding, toilet change, medical needs, bedding cleanliness, and every other service offered is below average so risk of deadly infection is extremely high. They need to stop being so money hungry and employ more staff so those caring for residents constant needs have the time to MEET THE STANDARDS PAID FOR!
